Submit your comments regarding the Foxhole Farm proposal by Friday 13th June

The proposed new District Plan has stalled without being completed. In the meantime, Foxhole Farm developers have submitted an outline planning application. This is happening in other parts of Sussex too, such as Cuckstye and Albourne.

The Foxhole Farm application is now in the public domain and residents of Bolney are strongly encouraged to respond to the planning application via the portal.

You may think you have done this so often it's not worth bothering again but this is NOT the case and everyone should yet again lodge their objections.

They will not wear us down!!!

The Parish Council has provided some pointers for objections.

The application:
Outline application (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved), for the erection of up to 200 residential dwellings, including affordable housing; a community building (use class F1) encompassing land for education provision, together with associated access, ancillary parking and landscaping; the creation of a vehicular access point from the A272 Cowfold Road, and pedestrian and cycle only access to The Street; and creation of a network of roads, footways, and cycleways through the site; together with the provision of countryside open space, children's play areas, community orchard, and allotments; sustainable drainage systems and landscape buffers.
